This solution integrates both precision test fixture and TpNA software tested with Network Analyzer (NA)and Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and let engineers see the interaction between time and frequency domain.
The TpNA USB3.0 Engine can be easily used to control NA and TDR, following Compliance Test specification to test Insertion Loss, Near End Noise, Far End Noise, Impedance and Skew automatically. It also outputs an Excel report file immediately that enables engineers to get a complete, fast and accurate test result and thus allowing quickly troubleshooting and design improvements.

LiTek's USB3.0 2X Trace Calibration fixture (USB3-CK01A) can be used to calibrate the response of the USB3.0 Type A or USB3.0 Type B or USB3.0 Type Micro A/B test fixture .We can get more accuracy by using the Calibration Fixture before testing.
For USB3.0 Assembly Cable testing. We can reduce the fixture response by calibration. LiTek's USB3.0 2X Trace Calibration fixture (USB3-CK01A) is suitable for the LiTek's USB3.0 test fixture as below:
1.USB3-AR01A: USB3.0 Type A receptacle test fixture.
2.USB3-BR01A: USB3.0 Type B receptacle test fixture.
3.USB3-MR01A: USB3.0 Type Micro A/B receptacle test fixture.

LiTek's USB3.0 Micro-AB receptacle Test fixture (USB3-MR01A) can be used to measure the Device with USB3.0 Protocol Signal Generator or Real-Time Scope after connect USB3.0 Type A to Micro-AB cable assembly. It can also be used to measure USB3.0 Micro-AB plug connectors with suitable test settings.
For Host Device testing, we can use a determined USB3.0 cable assembly, then connecting to USB3-MR01A. SSRX in the test fixture can be connected to real-time scope. SSTX in the test fixture can be connected to Signal generator or protocol generator.

LiTek's USB3.0 Type B receptacle Test fixture (USB3-BR01A) can be used to measure the Device with USB3.0 Protocol Signal Generator or Real-Time Scope after connect USB3.0 Type A to Type B cable assembly. It can also be used to measure USB3.0 Type B plug connectors with suitable test settings.
