Introduction
Serial-ATA.org announced the 6Gbps solution. For this application, LiTek provides a suitable test probe adapter named LT-6000. It's used to test SATA system performance and can be directly plugged into Main-Board or other devices.
It's a high bandwidth, low loss, good impedance matching and low skew probe.
