Introduction
LiTek's HDMI-CR01A is a HDMI Type C receptacle test fixture used to measure HDMI cable with Type C plugs and HDMI source with HDMI Type C receptacle connector and connected with HDMI C type cable assembly. There are 5 pairs with SMA connectors in the Scope or Signal generator sides. The impedance in the test fixture is well designed between 95~105 ohms. The intra pair skew for all 5 pairs are designed less than 3ps.

For USB3.0 Assembly Cable testing. We can reduce the fixture response by calibration. LiTek's USB3.0 2X Trace Calibration fixture (USB3-CK01A) is suitable for the LiTek's USB3.0 test fixture as below:
1.USB3-AR01A: USB3.0 Type A receptacle test fixture.
2.USB3-BR01A: USB3.0 Type B receptacle test fixture.
3.USB3-MR01A: USB3.0 Type Micro A/B receptacle test fixture.
Introduction
LiTek's USB3.0 Micro-AB receptacle Test fixture (USB3-MR01A) can be used to measure the Device with USB3.0 Protocol Signal Generator or Real-Time Scope after connect USB3.0 Type A to Micro-AB cable assembly. It can also be used to measure USB3.0 Micro-AB plug connectors with suitable test settings.
For Host Device testing, we can use a determined USB3.0 cable assembly, then connecting to USB3-MR01A. SSRX in the test fixture can be connected to real-time scope. SSTX in the test fixture can be connected to Signal generator or protocol generator.
